How long does my order take to ship?

What is your return policy?

Returns can be made within 14 Days from the date of purchase by sending a email to contact@sultryautumn.com

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning any product to us. We cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged or lost in shipment. Therefore, we recommend insuring your package and use a trackable mailing service.

In order for goods to be eligible for return, please ensure:

• Product was purchased in the last 14 days with proof of receipt .

• Product is in the original packaging., unaltered or damaged.

We will provide a full refund with in 14 days after we received the returned product. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of product.
